With Shop Pay, your order status is automatically updated and displayed in the Shop app once Clean Chalk sends an email with the tracking number, informing you in real-time. If you use other payment options, please check your email for the tracking number provided. You can then input the tracking # into USPS tracking to receive updates. USPS Tracking

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Currently, we only ship in the USA, but we can ship all over the world upon request. Please go to the contact page and send a request where to ship with your complete address. We will contact you with the shipping cost and delivery time.
