Six years under the bar. Izzy pulls heavy three days a week and won't touch a bar that isn't bone dry.

Athlete bio
From an early age, movement was my language. Sports weren't just games – they were the foundation of discipline, resilience, and drive.
That path led me to powerlifting – not just as a sport but as a way to test the limits of human potential.
By 18, I've set six world records and countless state records. A 705 lb deadlift stands as one of my proudest milestones.
But records are just markers on a much larger journey. Strength isn't just measured in pounds lifted – it's about constant evolution, breaking barriers, and redefining what's possible.
How they train
Heavy, focused powerlifting blocks built on progressive overload.
Every session has a purpose – squat, bench, deadlift, and the accessories that protect them.
Why Clean Chalk
Every serious lifter knows the importance of chalk. But traditional chalk? Clean Chalk is the future.
It's not just about keeping hands dry – it's about precision grip, control, and unlocking peak performance.
This isn't just chalk, it's a revolution in how I train. The best innovations are the ones you never knew you needed, until you use them once and wonder how you ever lived without them. Clean Chalk is that innovation.
Progressive overload + relentless consistency = unstoppable growth. Small, consistent improvements compound into greatness.
